Mr Poh Chee Wee was appointed Independent Director of the Company on 10 August 2026. He is a member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee.
Mr Poh graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the National University of Singapore in Estate Management. He is Executive Director and Head of Capital Markets and investment services at Cushman & Wakefield Singapore, where he leads the firm’s national Capital Markets platform and serves on the Singapore Leadership Team.
With over 35 years of real estate experience, he is a seasoned capital markets specialist advising institutional investors, developers, private capital and corporate clients on major investment transactions across Singapore’s office, retail, industrial, residential, hospitality and mixed-use sectors.
He began his career in 1991 and, prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, spent 23 years with DTZ as Head of Investment Advisory Services. A licensed auctioneer since 1998, Mr Poh also has extensive cross-border real estate experience across Singapore and the region.
