Dawa at Hilltop by Heeton is a hotel resort on a plot of freehold land in Gewog Lungmi, Paro. The site was acquired in 2018 and the development of the hotel was completed in 2025. The 87-room resort/villa is a 5-star luxury resort, and is one of the largest in Bhutan, one of the region’s most exclusive tourist destinations, and represents the Group’s first hospitality venture in the country.
Perched on a hilltop overlooking the Paro Valley, the resort offers panoramic mountain views and a tranquil environment, while remaining within close proximity to Paro International Airport.
