Palacio was a boutique landed project developed together with Kim Seng Heng Realty and Tee Land. We built it as an intimate freehold cluster housing development of 21 strata titled homes along Lorong M Telok Kurau in the popular residential District 15, offering generously sized homes with private plunge pools. Launched to good response, it sold down strongly through its early marketing among family buyers seeking a landed lifestyle with condominium style facilities.
