Hospitality
Heeton's hospitality portfolio comprises 15 hotels across the United Kingdom, Thailand, Japan, Singapore, and Bhutan. The Group operates properties under international brands including InterContinental Hotels Group and Hilton, alongside its own Heeton Concept Hotel and By Heeton collections.
Heeton entered the hospitality sector in 2011 with the acquisition of the four-star Mercure Hotel Pattaya, Thailand. The portfolio has since grown to span wholly-owned, franchised, leased, and partner properties, ranging from five-star luxury to limited-service accommodation.
While many properties continue to operate under established international banners, Heeton has progressively built its own hospitality brands. The flagship Heeton Concept Hotel brand was launched in 2015, with LUMA Hammersmith in London as its first property. The collection now spans London, Liverpool, Edinburgh, and Pattaya. In 2024, the Group debuted its upscale By Heeton brand.
Recent milestones include Heeton's entry into the Singapore hospitality market with Dorsett Changi City Singapore in 2024, and the 2025 opening of Dawa at Hilltop by Heeton in Paro, Bhutan. Dawa is Bhutan's largest hotel with 87 rooms and the Group's first property both built from the ground up in Asia and directly managed by the company.
