Er Dr Lee Bee Wah was appointed Independent Director of the Company on 27 April 2022 where she is the Chairman of the Nominating Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee. A Licensed Professional Engineer who served as a Member of Parliament from 2006 to 2020, she holds a Master of Science (Engineering) from the University of Liverpool, UK and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. She became the first woman President of the Institution of Engineers Singapore in 2008 and was conferred an Honorary Doctorate by The University of Liverpool in July 2011. Dr Lee is an independent director of MYP Ltd, and sits on the Board of Mandai Park Holdings Pte. Ltd, Building and Construction Authority and MJL Media Pte.Ltd.. She also chairs the Nanyang Technological University School of Civil & Environmental Engineering Advisory Committee.
