Mr Toh was appointed Executive Chairman effective 1 January 2022. In his role, he is responsible for identifying and securing investment and development opportunities in new markets, exploring and developing related or new business ventures, and providing overall stewardship and governance for the Group. Mr Toh began his career in the banking and finance industry and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from the United Kingdom. Mr Toh also serves as a member of the Nominating Committee.
