Lincoln Suites was one of our projects developed as part of a consortium together with Koh Brothers, Lian Beng and Kim Seng Heng Realty. We built it as an iconic pair of freehold twin towers along Khiang Guan Avenue in the established Novena enclave of District 11, close to Novena and Newton MRT stations. Offering a wide spread of homes from studios through to penthouses, the development was well received for its central location and full suite of facilities, and we progressively sold it down through the launch and construction period.
